    I think AsiaWorks training is dangerous... it may have adverse psychological and sociological effects on people. I've seen families and friends fall into bad terms because of what Asia Works has done to individuals in their training. Yes some do become better, but most become overzealous, they take the whole thing like a new religion and become ultra defensive about Asia Works. They also have this "obligation" to rope in as many poeple as they can. Someone should really look into this. If I'm not mistaken, the organisation used to be known as lifesprings and got into a lot of trouble in the US. Tehre are a lot of things amiss with Asia Works. Be careful, people!

    Seems to be a good place to live. Right in the middle of Pataling Jaya. Building entrance facing nearby lakes which is excellent feng shui. Might get a little congested during morning and evening people leaving and coming back from work. But PJ/KL people likes congested area. Certain amount of yang energy is better for a place like this. Overall, excellent location and value for money (approx RM240/sqft) rather than paying (>RM300/sqft for Damansara Pedana). Should see good capital growth within 2 years.
