    JPJ PJ staffs are suprisingly rude. Unfriendly its okay but being rude? There is a woman there when asked if we could still get out turn because we missed our turn and ahe rudely answered "bukan pasal i la". Like, why cant you explain it politely? I get it you are tired and all but we asked nicely, basic manners is what the staff there should learn. Its extremely dussapointing when attending to customers rudely and with an annoyed look. Please PJ JPJ, teach basic manners to your staffs.
